Agne Petrauskaite

Agne Petrauskaite is Head of Franchise Development at Francorp Baltic branch in Lithuania. She is also Head of Franchising at Health Optimizing, the Norwegian capital high-tech clinic group.

Upon completing her Master’s Degree in Business Law, she spent 7 years as an Associate at Eversheds Sutherland, a global top 10 law practice providing legal advice and solutions to clients including some of the world’s largest multinationals, such as Samsung, Western Union and many others. She later took some time out to reinvent her career and found her interest was peaked by franchising. In 2016, she started consulting future franchisors as part of Francorp, one of the world’s leading franchise consulting firms and supported many franchisors to go beyond their limits to expand their businesses both nationally and internationally. In 2018 she joined Health Optimizing to lead the ambitious expansion through franchising.

Arturs Beiers

Arturs Beiers is the CEO at the franchise consulting company Francorp Baltic. Arturs is one of the most experienced franchising experts in the Baltic region. He has gained extensive experience as a business consultant, lecturer, franchisee, and franchisor. Arturs has more than 15 years in senior management positions, including banking, oil, pharmaceuticals, franchising, and international business development. Management consulting experience in the fields of export, franchising, licensing, and business development. Arturs on regular basis participates in the leading global franchising events in the USA, France, UK, Singapore, and other countries, representing franchisor companies from the Baltic region.

Tambet Made

Tambet Made is one of the few experts and advisors of the franchise business model in Estonia. He is the representative of Francorp Baltic in Estonia. Tambet has participated in the development of the vast majority of franchise brands in Estonia.

Since 1988, Tambet has been gained experience in number of industrial, trade, publishing and service businesses, managed the Estonian Trade Council, presented, trained and advised companies in the field of international business, export and expansion. Tambet’s specialties are: M&A and company valuation, foreign market entry and export, business process building and intellectual property development. Tambet has an MBA from Tallinn University of Technology and further studies in Sweden, Switzerland and Hong Kong.
